These are plain-language drafts written for the launch build. They have not been reviewed by an attorney — replace them with your final policies before going live.
We collect the name, mobile number, email, delivery address, delivery notes and optional photos needed to deliver and stack your firewood. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never store raw card numbers. We don't sell personal information.
By placing an order you authorize payment in full at the time of order, plus applicable Maryland sales tax. Delivery days are subject to availability. Quantities are approximate (about 7 cubic feet).
Referred neighbors receive $20 off a first Neighborwood order. The referring customer receives $20 in account credit after the referred order is delivered. Credits accumulate, apply to future orders, and are not redeemable for cash. We may void credits from self-referral or abuse.
Auto-refill delivers a $99 refill every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. You can pause, skip, change frequency or cancel at any time before the next scheduled charge.
If you're not happy with a delivery, text us and we'll make it right — a return visit, a replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.

Free local delivery in Darnestown, Maryland on available days, typically between 5:00 – 8:00 PM, with about one day of lead time. Normal rain or snow does not cancel delivery; we'll contact you if conditions are unsafe.
