1. Order
Choose your first Neighborwood or a refill, tell us where to stack it, and pick an available delivery day. About a minute on your phone.
2. We deliver
We bring ≈ 7 cubic feet of premium kiln-dried mixed hardwood to your home, free, usually in the 5:00 – 8:00 PM window.
3. We stack
We stack it neatly in your Neighborwood Rack, in the spot you chose. You don't need to be home if your instructions cover it.
4. Scan when you're low
Your rack carries your personal Neighborwood Button. Scan it, pick a day, and your refill is on the way.
